Halloween Crafts

These last few weeks have been a blur of orange and black paper. It seems like all of our events came together on the exact same day!

These were a fun centerpiece and party favor I made for the big prince's class party.

Can you beleive I stuffed all of this in a little tiny can. I can't wait to give it to the soccer kids. They are going to think, "What she is giving us a can for snack? LAME!!!" Then when they open it man they will be surprise!

Here is the stack of them I made 9 of them!

Man who knew golden raisens could look so gross just by putting them in a bag marked troll boogers! I saw these in Mathew Meades Halloween book and just had to do them. They are laugh out loud funny!

Another cute little pop-top can for a special little treat.

These cute little adams applesauce containers are for the little prince. You are not allowed to bring homemade goodies to preschool so I thought these would be fun. Man that kills me not to bring homemade treats that is what I do, don't these people know me! Speaking of that I still have some baking to do!

Trash to Treasure Coffee Table Tray

I recently found a table that I just loved at a thrift store for $75 it is made of real wood imagine that! Prince Charming sanded it down and stained in a fantastic black. It is rustic and I just love it! I needed to dress it up so I started researching some of my favorite blogs. Prince charming the great guy he is found me some cabinet doors for free 35 of them to be exact! Man I love him!!! I have been itching to turn these into some great projects. I thought one would make a perfect tray for my new table. This whole table scape was free! I had everything laying around and just painted or adjusted it for what I wanted. The big wooden G I got for 90 cents at HobbyLobby man I love the 90 percent off section!

Here is your basic cabinet door I painted it and distressed it.

I had some wooden balls that I had left over from another project
Prince Charming had some ugly old handles in the garage. A quick spray of black paint and the ugly disappears!

Here is the finished tray. I am really big into monograms so I busted old my magical cricut and using a dry brush I added the monogram. Now how cute is that for a free project!

What is in a name

I am so excited I got some new vinyl in! I recently started using Sure cuts a lot with my cricut, wow does that open up a whole new world with the cricut. I just can't seem to get enough of it!

Here is a fun Monogram tile I made for a friend for her birthday using my vinyl and the Sure Cuts a lot program. I will be putting these in my etsy store since I adore how it turned out. Of course you can change the name unless you all have the last name of Perkins!

Happy Birthday!!

It was a crazy busy weekend full of soccer and birthdays. I have been working on these projects for a friends little boy who was turning two. They were so much fun to make and I love how they turned out!

I made this fun little crayon roll that rolls up neatly so mom can take it with her.

I love making things personalized so I added the birthday boys name to the back.

This is another take on my so scary shirt. This time I decided to make a cowboy. Complete with real little jeans!

Now I couldn't just throw these lovingly made gifts in any old gift bag. So I stuck them in a 2 liter bottle! What a fun way to package a gift! When I was done it looked like I never even opened it up, when in actuality I cut a secret door under the label. I can not wait to make more of these! Pin It

So cute it is scary Halloween Shirt

I got a new Cricut cartridge that has the most adorable clothes on it, and thought hey why not make them life sized. I cut the fabric using my cricut of course and then hand appliqued each piece on to the shirt. It was so much fun to make already my mind is spinning with other ones to make. Watch for a turkey, elf, and soccer players coming up!

If you want one of your own be sure to check out my etsy shop!

Hey all the whimiscal princess has been busy creating the special secret place to hide all of our favorite family recipes. I wanted to make sure that prince charming and the kids always know where to find the recipes that we love. This delightful book was created using the October kit from http://www.morethanscrapbooking.com/. It was such fun using all the paint and glitter, because after all what princess doesn't love glitter!
